Yes, yes, yes. Homemade salad dressing definitely steps up your culinary game. I will just throw vinegar and oil in a jar and shake. Even drizzling the vinegar and oil over the greens works and saves a dirty container.

The preservatives will not be missed and you will be surprised how easy it is to taste them when you end up with the wrong salad.
